Recently, the SINOTRUK Institute in Kazakhstan officially commenced operations in the city of Almaty. This is SINOTRUK's first modern training center in the CIS region, marking a key step in the systematic and professional development of its service personnel training in the area.

The SINOTRUK Institute has developed localized and systematic training courses tailored to the market demands of Kazakhstan. To ensure the effectiveness of the training, the Institute has introduced a three-in-one teaching model that combines theoretical instruction, hands-on practice, and comprehensive assessment. From course design and implementation to the evaluation of learning outcomes, trainees can perform maintenance and fault diagnosis on actual vehicles and simulators. This allows them to fully master the diagnostic methods and repair skills for common issues related to electronically controlled engines, AMT transmissions, and the vehicle's electrical systems.

SINOTRUK has dispatched professional trainers to provide detailed guidance on the operational and management models of the Institute and to develop different courses based on the skill levels of the trainees. All trainees must pass a rigorous assessment to receive a globally recognized job skill certificate issued by the SINOTRUK Institute.
